Continuing our pursuit of excellence, in June 2020 3D Design & Engineering created a Surveying Department, managed by Helene Lecoanet. Mrs. Lecoanet is a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor with a diverse background and special knowledge of 5G technologies. She holds a PhD in Earth Sciences and brings over 15 years of experience in environmental research and land surveying. 

In addition to her project management work, Mrs. Lecoanet also teaches land surveying courses for Lone Star College-Montgomery’s Land Surveying and Mapping Technology Program. Mrs. Lecoanet’s extensive survey expertise, team leadership abilities, and strong work ethic make her the perfect addition to 3D Design & Engineering’s management team.
